EXCHANGE, RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1 - Cancellation requests before shipment: must be requested by email and will be refunded 100%;
2 - Return requests for damage to the order: deliver immediately to the carrier and inform Garrafeira13;
3 - Cancellation requests for receiving a different product: you have 30 days to request a refund. Transportation fees may apply;
4 - Situations not specified above: send an email for our team to analyze;
5 - The User may exercise his right of withdrawal under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February;
6 - For all requests above send an email, you should have a response within 2 business days.
